All engines 1 CPU
Arena 2.0.1 GUI
128 Hash Tables
3-4-5 EGTBs
Ponder off
Book CCRL-10moves (7.084 starting positions from the 40-40 archive where both engines were rated 3000+ and the eval after a dozen moves was ∞/= or +/=), each pair plays the same position with switched colours.
40 moves in 25 minutes repeating (adapted to the CCRL 40/40 standard)

Thank you very much for your testing.

The 64-bit version seems to be quite decent. On my notebook it is twice as fast as the 32-bit version.

Let's see what improvement can be achieved by the evaluation redesign I'm currently working on.

More games are on the way and I think Kurt 64-bit is even better. I guess a ELO over 2350. Great jump!!

Kurt climbs up to position 156‑157 from position 193 with the 0.9.2.2 64-bit version (now 2326 in CCRL 40/40 1CPU), showing an improvement of 205 ELO points regarding the 271009 version, same ELO points as KMTChess and 1 ELO point ahead Gibbon.
