winboard -zp -ics -icshost 80.100.28.169 -icshelper timeseal -fcp ENGINE.exe -fd ENGINEFOLDER -autoKibitz
(Add -fUCI if your engine is UCI.) Please be there about 15 minutes in advance.

Ah, the internal IP had changed again. I adapted the port mapping, so it should work now.

Indeed. That is because it is not automated. The machine where the e-mail arrives is not even geographically close to the machine that runs the ICS.
