In back-to-back matches in back-to-back days, Strelka 5.1, in just wins/losses, pummeled Stockfish 64bit and Komodo 64bit by a combined score of 37-17. I decided it was time to bring him back down to reality.

Yes, and one excellent tester on Immortal sent me an email where Strelka also demolished Komodo 64 bit in 15 minute games. Look, you think you can get me a sample of his DNA? I want to know who his father is. I can't wrap my mind around the theory that he RE Rybka and came up with Strelka that way. He can't have the code- shit, Vas can't even find it.
It is just my feeling that Strelka for sure is "something" from "something". Houdini certainly looks like the most obvious candidate. But I don't know how anyone could be officially sure without either source code. Unless they had the time to RE both the tak-er and the tak-ee. And I don't know who would be that motivated just out of curiosity. And add to that "10 will get you 20" that the one doing all the RE would probably think Houdini was a tak-er as well as a tak-ee. It's just one big damn crazy mess. I get a headache thinking much about it.
