Thanks Ingo! Did not start particularly well (about even with 1.4 last I looked) but just got the first draw with Houdini!!! I am getting the feeling that it is probably optimized for bullet - how I test. I will address this when publishing Toga 2.1 early next year.

Once again, thanks a lot!

Not early! I am absolutly happy with a 3 month gap between releases!

Anyhow, thanks for continuing that project!

Regarding the bullet tests. You are not the first and you will not be the last who realizes that there is a difference between chess and "bullet" ;-)

Sometimes the bullet results fit but sooner or later there is a release where the projected increase doesn't happen in the longer lists.

as many know, multiPV has been broken Toga since 1.4 beta 5,
but Toga II 2.0SE has functioning multiPV

Jerry, you're more than welcome to use the fix
(also, there is Fruit/Toga source code avaialable for Chess960, both in Cyclone and CMLX, which might be nice to include in your 'official' release...just an idea)

nice to see somebody still busy with developing Toga...
best of luck with your efforts here!

Toga II 2.0SE is extremely strong and one of the toughest Toga versions in my rating list......

Thanks for your comment Dr. Wael Deeb. I am not sure that I have downloaded the best version. Normally all engines by Kranium are extremely strong ... but this time no one single win after 30 games in two computers with 4 and 6 cores against Critter 1.6, Deep Rybka 4.1 and Houdini 3.0 pro.

In order to be sure about what is the latest version released by Kranium a while ago I would appreciate a direct link, please. Thanks in advance.

Hi Ingo,

Thanks, yes, it is about 30 elo stronger or slightly more at bullet - I have many thousands of games. However, it is only +5 elo at the moment - though I guess I'll have to wait for final results, CEGT, CCRL etc to know.
