Regarding the results, it seems to me to be representative of what should have been, although i feel it seems to go against the spirit of many people to say so, as everyone has different interests.
Houdini 11.0 (ought to be best because even houdini 1.5a was stronger than rybka).
Stockfish 9.5 (because after 2-3 years, there ought to be a second program that can get a couple of elos above the old program Rybka, and SF may have been the highest candidate for that)
Rybka 9.0 (because Rybka is still, a past leader, and it set a standard which must be responded to fully, before we can really confirm that we have moved on already. And it shows us we are still in the middle of it)
Komodo 6.5 (is very great for only one proccessor compared to the others, and it leaves us in some ambiguity as to if it would have come top, on equal hardware, but that still, on one cpu, it still makes sense to come last from the four).
But some people might hate my viewpoint, and are smarter than i am because they have NOT written theirs!
I am maybe a little biassed due to my preference that the engine which is top, should be well above the next in line. (otherwise i don't know which one to use).
Some people want Stockfish to always be undisputed top, because it is free, so it deserves it.
Houdini was just that but then it went commercial. (Maybe SF also would).
