I don't think there have been any such events. So the human ratings should not really be trusted. And in the range 3000+ there aren't any human players at all. So forget about human Elo, it is only the computer Elo that counts.

In the event were this stupid player was cheating with Houdini, he crashed all the human players no matter how strong. So this comes close.
If he had used engines ranked 11 to 20 and selected different one for each game, he still would have won but now it would be much harder to spot. So that was really stupid.
