Stable engines, rating of CCRL 2000 or CEGT 1850, or less

Several weeks ago,
I started testing many engines around 1500-2000 Elo under Arena GUI,
But later I noticed that almost all of them can not ponder, that's why I cancelled testing them...
And in my opinion,
Any chess engine should be able to ponder...it does not matter weak or strong...

My test was done in ponder off under winboard , trying to test next in cutechess-cli. It is better of course if an engine is able to ponder, I remember this feature is very useful in online games. More often authors that participate online games have implemented pondering correctly. There are engines that are not seriously developed, the author is just curious if he can program, then just left the scene.
