Is there a list of Android chess engines?

Yes, roughly.
* any uci engine rated in RAPIDROID: CfA automation ok. CfA and DF human vs engine probably ok.
* any xb engine rated in RAPIDROID: CfA automation ok. Human vs engine ok.
* all engines absent in RAPIDROID: they are older versions or clones or buggy for automation. A few of them might be okay for human vs engine play.
Droidfish should be tried first in any case. It has more options than CfA like bin ctg books, more tc variety.
CfA is better only when you need engine to engine things. Like me...
And LAST ADVICE: beware 64 bit android. This army of engines is almost fully 32 bit. They don't work on Lollipop unless compiled with nopie option. Only a few stockfish compiles and komodo are ok for lollipop.

So if I am using Android KitKat most of the engines on your list will not work? Only StockFish, Fritz 14 and Komodo If so, that is the craps! I might as well only use Android ChessBase Online!

No. Kitkat is no problem. Lollipop has new restrictions causing problems with engines not compiled with the suitable option.
