The author of hiarcs has stated on their forum that H15 won't be ready until Spring 2016, so that's one to cross off the list.

Maybe a beta Hiarcs will be in the next season, hopefully on 64 bit..

Meanwhile we know that Fritz 15 is a UCI engine, continuing the legacy of Rybka.
The general rule seems to be that "discontinued" engines like Critter or Naum are not invited anymore, except for Houdini 4 and maybe Gull 3 which are top-4. - If new versions of Hiarcs and Junior appear, I think they will certainly have a go.
Another interesting contender may be Jonny (7.x) which made a huge Elo jump recently.
