I think it should be possible to create a module for:

- time mangement / ponder
- SMP
- endgame databases
- opening book Format
- UCI I / II and Winboard protocol
- FRC / Chess 960

other standards ...
Each programmer can used!

With the advantage that programmers not lost to many times with standards in chess programming.
