Can't beleive computer is able to play 11. .. Rf8?? instead on castling.
Out of 27 legal moves it is among Worst-5, even at D=5 plies

It is equally bad as give-away Queen for free:
11. .. Qxa4 12. Bxa4
11. .. Qc3 12. bxc3

Maybe your engine lack castling implementation?

Also, inbelievable engine didn't detect 4-move mate (9 plies) and 2 move mate (4 plies)

P.S. use [ pgn ] BB-code to paste notations

I don't understand 3. Bc4 for you need three moves to put it on a2 where it is safe. But may be diagonal a2-g8 is very important and where else can you put the bishop. On e2 it blocks other pieces, on g2 but then it is on a worse diagonal ? I think I would put bishop on g2.

Maybe better wait a moment with moving a bishop. Knights first.

3. Bc4 is playable and even have highest WIN ratio for white, compare to most common d4

Maybe purpose of 1.e4 is to prohibit d5. Otherwise play best move 1.d4. I prefer 1. Nf3 although it may block a bishop on g2.

I do not believe there exist engine which could make this move. Even at ZX Spectrum computer.

Or it use some time random move generator (to emulate low-ELO player)

MS-DOS Rebel even at t D=3 (!!) see Rf8 as mega blunder

Yes, but beter use #games for a given recent period of time.
Some bad but popular moves are there for ages.
