Note that TLCV is a VIEWER. It is the program that must be used by those that want to WATCH a broadcast done by someone else. It does not broadcast anything itself, or play any games by itself.

The corresponding software for broadcasting is TLCS. This is something you have to run on the computer where you play the games, in addition to the normal stuff for playing the games (GUI, engines, possibly a tournament manager...). TLCS will peek in the log created by the GUI (e.g. the winboard.debug file) to see what happens in the game, and then send it to any TLCV user that connected to it. To make sure people can connect to your machine at all you will have to alter the configuration of your modems and routers through which your computer connects to the internet, though. This is too difficult for most people (and very much dependent on what hardware you actually have, so everyone would have to do it in a different way, and no one will be able to tell you what you have to do unleaa he happens to have exactly the same brands and models of routers, modems etc.).

No programs under winboard I will not use, because I think that they are weak programs.
