Very often I would watch the matches and tournaments conducted by Graham, using Tom's Live Chess Viewer. I noticed and checked it on 4 computers that each time you want to connect it gives me the message.
I would add that I have disabled the firewall in the systems of all antivirus programs. What is interesting but how to connect using OpenVPN, it does not have problems with watching the matches and tournaments. I wonder where the problem lies when not in use OpenVPN.

Did you check your router config ?
Since a got a new router, I'm not able to connect with TLCV
I didn't find (but I did not search a lot) the solution yet
This typically happens when the router or modem do not map the TLCV port back to the right computer of your Local Area Network. So you would have to configure the port translation (virtual servers) of any of such equipment you have to do that.

Short question is how to do it. Please remember that Graham uses different ports during tournaments and matches. My router is TD-8840T http://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-478.html
You don't have to do anything special to make connections over the internet. That's a basic function of your firewall. If it works using OpenVPN but not on your regular internet, that suggests your ISP may be filtering your connection.
I have the same problem connecting from my laptop if I tether it to my phone.

I have to solve this problem so as not to use the program OpenVPN. Only if I do not know how.
