During the still protracted process of updating the new XB/UCI chronology I found a still working source code page for this engine, which always was reported as IIChess.
I never knew if those were two capital letter 'i's or the Roman number or capital 'i' plus capital 'l' (as in 'long') and other combinations...
Now it seems the correct name (not that it matters much) should be iiChess or IiChess in case of always having a capital letter first in some lists.
