I assume you want an x64 windows executable?

Here is a modern non-profile build:

Unfortunately profiling is broken on my machine at the moment, so that's the best I can do until I get the issue tracked down.

But there are other people out there that make much better compiles anyway (IpMan for example). You might ask one of them....

POPCNT is good although BMI2 compile shall be better.

Parameter "study" is disabled by default, i wish someone can explain the difference in case enabled.
