What are you responding to? What has happened? Surely NOT the issue of moving posts. One can simply stop doing that and continue to moderate with no problems???

Kept the place nice and quiet for ages.

All I can say to them is:
5q+5q=
Taking ideas is not a vice, it is a virtue. We have another word for this. It is called learning.
But sharing ideas is an even greater virtue. We have another word for this. It is called teaching.

To the former moderators - John, Roger and Fabian. Thank you for your service for a job well done. As a team, you were excellent. Fully understand why anyone quits being a moderator - it is a thankless job that requires a degree of think skin. It's not for everybody. Best wishes!
