Apparently Lomo7 get stuck on this position

FinalGen states it's a win or draw in white's favour. It required 6 GB and about 15 minutes to generate.

The online tablebases report "Serice overloaded. Try again later" [sic]. Maybe that's why they're stuck.

Server maintenance perhaps?

Looks kinda drawish though.

Clearly a draw. The bishop must keep an eye on the black a- and c-pawns and the king guard the white h-pawn, without which there is no win. As soon as the white king approaches the f-pawn the black king heads for the h-pawn. If White tries to protect it with the bishop Black gives up the a-pawn at an opportune moment.

If the white king heads for the queenside it's the f-pawn that Black will give up for the h-pawn. Latest SF shows there's no progress to be made:

With TBs on it gets to d=95 with the same 0.78 eval. Doesn't bode well for White's winning prospects.

7-man bases confirm it's a draw.
