After the first 10 versions . numbering 1.1, 1.2 etc, I realized that was a mistake. So after version 1.11. next version was 0.01. Still private for now ,but at the appropriate time , this derivative engine (no, it's not based on SF - but Fruit, Rybka, Fire, Ivanhoe etc are all distant relatives) will be released with updated source. This will be a one shot deal , I do some code cleanup and simplification and a like "new" engine that will be perhaps 100 Elo stronger than the base I started with. Just eliminating all the compiler warnings was a huge win (ELO gain) . Compiler warnings should never be ignored. I hope I can it to be stronger than Fire 4.0. Right now it's a tad better than Fritz 15 running in 32 bit mode on my Mac under wine - which is a handicap, no doubt - but I gave up Windows for good.
