Btw. Dual E5-2699 v4 is not best dual config, it's Dual Xeon E7-8890 v4 but it costs like a spaceship.
And if you really want something powerful for much cheaper, Quad E5-2690 v2 beats Dual E5-2699 v4 in terms of nps like nothing.
