why does CCRL not test ginkgo?

Hi,
I'm not testing private engines for the 40/40 list at present.
However, other testers might if they had access to those engines.

1.2 was mostly a bug fix release but it also marked the point i made the engine deterministic. So i think that'll be a much more accurate judge of the actual strength than 1.1 even though it won't be much(if any) stronger.
