It is possible that how all these copies try to "leave no trace".
But something is always neglected, in this case the command "perft" that gives exactly the expected output of an engine based on Stockfish.

Maybe to close the question we should remove the obfuscation that now is on the "exe" (as was done for Synapze 3 which, after this, was visible Gull engine) in order to have the visible "exe".

Now there is a huge difference, there is no website that sells the product.
We do not know the origin of this file that has circulated.
It can even be a fake "deep Sypnase", a product how this can be done in less than five minutes.

I agree and would add that the real great programmers do not need to use programs to hide and obfuscate Their engines, Those Who do this "must hide something !!!" and this is clear, and not say that they do it as a matter of file size or for don't be cloned !

I do not agree! for example Chiron is also protected with the same obfuscator of Synapse (Themida), but it is an engine 100% authentic. The same Komodo 9.3 was protected with UPX ... so your opinion is questionable.
