28.e4 has been played, now it is your turn. Please post your move (replying to this posting) and prove to us that you can make a draw.
I already won the first official decisive encounter with Andreas' line, a DRAW has been registered, so why should I bother with any further suggestions?

Andreas suggested the trading line, he might very well also analyse it to his heart's content.

Re: the Bd6 line

Post by Jeroen »

Now we have established that 12.a3! Bxa3 is clearly better for white in all lines (emphazised by your refusal to accept the challenge in this thread), it is nice to see you are now helping to establish that 12.a3! Bd6 also leads to a white advantage.

If this is true, then 12.a3! is even stronger!

Strange that you call 12.a3! a "bad move"..... I am sure Nakamura would be of a different opinion

Because it is 100% clear to me that he will never accept it, because he knows he will lose.

the c5 b6 line: at Noomen attention!

Post by Lyudmil Tsvetkov »

I suggested c5, instead of a3, and for a reason.

if we go after each other's mistakes, do you know where we land?

let's take this line Noomen suggested: c5 b6(please note, that I immediately claimed white is winning, immediately, Noomen said the opposite, and engines are showing about equal scores)

[d]r1br2k1/3nqppp/ppp1pn2/2Pp4/1b1P4/1PN1PN2/P1BB1PPP/R2Q1RK1 w - - 0 2

I played 10 games with SF 8 from this position, and do you know what the outcome is: 10:0, 10 straight white wins!

anything to comments Jeroen?
anything to comment, Andreas?
anything to comment, Bram?

so that, when I make judgements, I know why I am making them.

and, when I happen to lose the occasional position, I do so, only in the very late eg, after a possible fortress lasting 100+ plies.

on the contrary, you, go into positions, showing +500-600cps scores after a very short while, already in the mg.

anything to comment?

so that, I would ask you to be somewhat more humble and attentive, when doing your analysis, and, especially when treating someone like me, who did nothing wrong, quite undeservedly.

anything to comment, Possioto?

my assessment was much better, right?

below the first 5 games, but it is a slaughter, you might want to check that yoursleves:

Re: the c5 b6 line: at Noomen attention!

Post by Lyudmil Tsvetkov »

anything to comment Laskos?
anything to comment, Ellis?
anything to comment, Vincent?
Hrebert L. ?

when I say I have spent 5 times more energy than Nakamura and Aronian on chess, that might be for a reason.

Ducking the challenge?

Post by Jeroen »

You keep on trolling. I already had dismissed the b6 idea in the other thread, because it leads to a white advantage. e5! is much stronger, after which you failed to show any white advantage. And even proposed a 'main line' that is better for black....

Meanwhile you are ducking the challenge here and you are flooding this thread with postings not related to the subject. Of course we know why: you divert attention from the painful truth that you are wrong and 12.a3! is indeed the best move.

And similar air venting, with a particular tone of of a pathological air venter. I hate when he posts in my threads, as those have good chances to be derailed to such things.
You are right, Kai. He just keeps trolling, unable to admit he is wrong. I wait for the end of the vote today (about the challenge) and then the subject is closed for me. Time to do something more useful.

- thank you, Eelco, for that
- thank you, jon, that you stopped when this was due

I remember the good all times, when people were not that hateful.

where are you, Carl?
where are you, Louis? :(
I've been busy with other things, and haven't posted in a long time. But I pop in and read the more interesting threads occasionally.

I haven't followed this long thread, but the theme seems to be "Lyudmil vs. The World", which brings back fond (really) memories of many similar threads. :D

a bait thread, intended for a troll. i believe that's a double standard....

i really meant it in the other thread where i said it's been resolved to everyone's satisfaction. 15 pages of debate & analysis & everyone is certain of the outcome. it doesn't really go beyond that.
