Re: Arena tournament
Cutechess doesn't restart every 20 games and it's able to run games in parallel. You can use it from command line or gui.
you can run tournaments with game running in parallel, or launch multiple cutechess in parallel and have more than one tournament running in you machine
Probably there are some other gui to do that, but I only know it

WinBoard / XBoard, of course. There you can run as many different tournaments as you want simultaneously, and as many games of any of those touramets in parallel at any time you decide you have more cores available or want to allocate them for another purpose.elcabesa wrote:Probably there are some other gui to do that, but I only know it
But the OP wants to know how to do it with Arena. Which I don't know.

Cutechess is by far the best software for running engine tournaments and you can run it on every operating system.

I wouldn't go that far. Although it would definitely be a plus that it runs on Android.

Cute chess is very good and faster (with fix depth torunament) than Arena!
Other:
The Arena program goes crazy after 2048 games.
Did anyone encounter a similar mistake?
