Stockfish dev 32bit can't run in Win32

Post by MikeGL »

Sorry for posting this, but some of my oldish laptops at home cannot run the latest dev versions of SF for Win32 builds.
An error MsgBox is being displayed.

Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point GetLargePageMinimum could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.

Seems GetLargePageMinimum function is only checked upon startup just before initialization of other SF stuff.
But I think this code is irrelevant for those who are not using LargePages.

Are there any tricks on how to disable this code other than re-compiling it on my own?
Because I can't run it, it just explodes upon double-click, same with CLI after running it on console.
I told my wife that a husband is like a fine wine; he gets better with age. The next day, she locked me in the cellar.

Just disregard my above post.
A little dirty solution solved this issue on my machine.

Could you try to compile this version, just once:

It should fix your problem, but it needs to be tested.
