From the speed difference in the examples, I'd expect around +15 resp. +25 Elo relative to the slowest baseline.

Hi, this is kind of a weird question. I saw Stockfish 11+ HCE on lichess, and I looked up what HCE means on Google. I couldn't find it anywhere, and it drove me crazy. I made an account here just to ask you what HCE stands for. Please can you help me?
