Hi OWL,

I am thinking at first ...

Why such a high eval after 25. Nf5 Dragon by Komodo gave.

I can play 25. ... Qe5 and the high eval by Dragon must be wrong.
Of course I saw 26. f4. Thinking that during the game is still running for the time I have (10 seconds). Wasp is very strong in such positions and saw also nothing after 26. f4.

After move 27. Rf3 I am thinking ... ups, can be danger for black.

So, the move 27. Rf3 in combination with the possibility with the white pawn on h-line ... honestly ... have not saw that in seconds I have during the game is still running. Looking more on queen-site for black possibilities because I am thinking black position is clean on king-site. OK, I am a player like to play and to search attacks but this combination Dragon by Komodo is playing is to deep for myself. Very sure that with more time I am not able to see that if I have the black pieces in a game with tournament rules (40/120).

I am reading "Mein System" and "Praxis mit System" in younger years. Nothing again the move 25. Nf5 but the high eval Dragon by Komodo gave is from my human view at first a small wonder.

Best

if it was strong in such positions, it wouldn't loose 1.41 in 3 consecutive moves

Hi Yuri,

all that is right!
But thinking on it how many Elo different between us and chess programs like Dragon by Komodo or Stockfish. Have a look how strong Wasp is in king safty and king attacks.

Can be see in our Excel files:
Or have a short look on:
https://forum.computerschach.de/cgi-bin ... ?tid=11964

Fantastic results for Wasp!!

What I like to say in this thread is:
Programs like Stockfish or Dragon by Komodo as number 1 and 2 in the World are playing in an other league as all the other TOP-Engines and of course humans. I have often the problem (still running matches I am watching) that I can't understand the moves directly.

After to many of such situation the logical question for myself:
Why I should watching such games?

I think for engine-engine matches Stockfish or Dragon by Komodo is not very interesting because the level is to high. Should be clear, other programs in TOP-50 can play much better chess as grandmasters but I understand more in such games if I am watching in live mode.

3.475 Elo for Stockfish!
A sensation!!
But after all ... I like more to read chess books from our grandmaster and replay games from our grandmasters as to watch Stockfish games because often it's frustrating. Same If I analyze moves from own games vs. Wasp 4.5 on DGT Pi with 2325 Elo I gave Wasp. Often I am sure, my move must be great and fantastic and after the analyzes with Stockfish I can see better moves.

Frank

Thanks for your analyzes.
I saw that in my own after the game but not during the game.

I forgot ... great what you made here with your analyzes!
