This release is an extension of the last release, and it incudes re-introducing adaptive play and the use of up to 4 polybooks in addition to any recent Stockfish updates, inclding the new NNUE and the memory leak fix, and a few annoying bug fixes as well in the Harmon Chess App. The Honey windows exe's were also updated.

Re: Honey 13.2.1 Release
Thanks for new release.
Is it possible to change Harmon Chess App internal package name to be able to install original DroidFish app? I want to use both apps: one for play and another for game analysis. Both have different setups.

Hi,
I am sorry but i don't see the point of Honey ?
For hard positions, you have already some engines which include fortress detection ?
Perhaps because you can play with parameters or Harmon interesting for smartphone but as i use engines only for deep analysis, i don't see why i would add this one in my list ?
Many thanks

Re: Honey 13.2.1 Release
That's fair. My passion is generally to enable chess software for more enjoyable human play. My focus of late has been on the Android app with settings and options to increase to increase the "fun" factor - variety of play , sleep mode to avoid instant response. play by Elo rating, play with opening polybooks, introduce dark mode, and the Isle of Lewis chss pieces and I do this for myself really, to make the experience more enjoyable for me and, I'm happy to be in a position that I can share this with others. It is not meant to be for everybody and I certainly understand why you would not want too add this your list - there are plenty of other Engines to choose from that are more unique. With that said, I am trimming my upkeep down to one engine and it's likely Honey going forward will become more Black-Diamond like over time. Peace.jr66 wrote: ↑Sun Jun 06, 2021 7:02 pm Hi,
