Will the anti-Crypto-Mining modifications in the latest Nvidia GPUs hurt Leela, Stockfish, KomodoDragon?

I apologise if this has been discussed before. I can't find it.

A little background: After a long break from CC, I decided to return to my former research and finally build my dream machine - 3990X, Asus ROG Zenith II Extreme Alpha, custom cooling rig for OC, 256Gb 3600MHz RAM, Samsung 980 Pro M.2 SSD, RTX 3080 (now, Ti). Then came the GPU famine, now starting to be relieved.

Thank you.

I'm referring to the "LHR" - Lite Hash Rate - mod to GPUs...

Bitcoin mining relies on SHA256 hashing, Lc0 relies on FP32 or FP16 + optionally TensorCores computation (not sure what Ether uses for mining), so even if they move the mining restrictions from the gpu driver into the hardware (also hackable with BIOS update?) I do not see any impact for running neural networks on GPU with these in mining limited gpus.
