I'm not sure what is the elo range in your super blitz, but 3000 for Zahak seems quiet high...

Zahak 6.2 macOS M1 by Amanj Sherwany ELO 3138 (Kurdistan)

While the Windows 10 x64 build is 3000 ELO, the macOS M1 native version is much faster and is 3138 ELO on my tests!!
It's growing fast, I'm sure that if you add NNUE you will be 3000+ also on longer TC. I'll publish all 100 games blitz pgn and the crosstable of the mac M1 Blitz 3.0 /all probably today.

Was 3100 ELO winning all the games against Mayhem 5.7, but this one was too weak (2800 Elo) and I have been forced to remove it from blitz 3.0/ALL, but finally against the strong
MikeB's Bluefish v13.1 scored really well! Analyze these games, there are no crashes or timeouts... :)

Thanks for the PGN, will be looking into them...
Mayhem classic is weak, it is somewhere around CCRL 2200 or so, it has more or less no eval, as the author opted to use SF's NNUE eval.

As for Zahak, I am actually currently working on an implementation of NNUE, but I cannot make it gain a single elo :D Good thing, it doesn't lose anything either... In the process I might drop a few CPU/OS targets, if I didn't get to find a way to compile an efficient executable for them. I'm still trying but progress is not very promising yet

Yes analyze the games against Bluefish that Is very strong but loses 0.5 to 4.5 with Zanak 6.2!!! I have verified no timeouts or crashes but I haven't analyzed the games deeply

Is Zahak for Windows compatible with .bin books? I'd like to experiment GOI040121 (opening book official giveaway by the author) bootstrap against all the others engines without books.

It should be compatible, thanks for testing ;)

From what I gather, Zahak has a very good understanding of opening, so the advantage that Zahak will get from using the book will most likely be time advantage only

And how can I set it in BanksiaGui? There are no options in the json config file...

Image

(Windows version) if you could give me the json code I'm just in time to play all Zahak games with GOI opening book in the SuperBlitz. You can test if it works with every polyglot bin book. (Probably Zahak games will start tomorrow in the BSG tournament schedule)

I cannot set GOI using the option for all engines obviously :)

Coiled 0.8 by Oscar Gavira ELO: ± 3250 (Spain)

Image

Found on the web another FREE interesting engine + nnue and managed to install it on my system disabling an AVX2.dll  hoping that it will stay stable (I bet it will be better than other commercial engines ) ...Started testing it on my SuperBlitz, too.

Language: C
The engine is: Open Source. GPL-3.0 License.

Please, could somebody compile it also for macOS Silicon M1 and Linux ARM64?
