I have the Novag Sapphire H8 10 MHz rated 2088, and I will test it against Skill Level 21 = 2100 Komodo Dragon 2.5.1 later on.

Very nice game by Novag Diablo, at the moment I am negotiating with Carlos Abreu Jean who is rated 2259 Rapid to play versus Komodo Dragon but he wants $65.00 for winning and $45.00 for drawing. I told him that if I agree to that I will meet him in a local Dominican Chess Club, to give me until tonight to decide. I am willing to accept his term of negotiation but I would like to receipt an upgrade of my Komodo Dragon even if the skill Levels works the same except intermediate ratings such as 2259. I am already down $60.0 for 2 previous draws, but I am sure that between 2200 and 2300 Mr. Kaufman has done more testing than any other UCI_ELO rating since Mr. Kaufman is close to that rating. https://ratings.fide.com/profile/6405525
Hopefully with Komodo dragon 2.6, I would be able to set intermediate rating such as 2259 instead of either 2200 or 2300, he needs an answer by tonight so we can meet this Saturday My email: pichardojnsc2@gmail.com

Great job on the human like ratings. I played two test games with Dragon 2.6 using the Human personality set at 2000 rating versus Novag Diablo 68000 v.2 level a7 (MessChess) estimated 2040 rating. Time control 40 moves in 2 hours. While I agree with others here that a time delay should be added instead of instant moving. The games had a balanced flow to them with normal errors for the class of players. I will now turn it up to 2040 and see how that goes.

I apologize up front as I know I am butting in but(t)...what on earth does a few offhand games tell one...and paying this guy seems ridiculous. I am sure there are much better/faster/cheaper ways to gauge reasonable approximations for the new settings.

I was able to negotiate down to $55.00 for a win and $40.00 for a draw, but it is up to me how I decide to spend my Money, which is not much to my pocket. I believe that a collection of games from different Skill Levels or UCI_Elo give us a better idea how good those human rating calibrations were done, so far they seem to be much better than Stockfish UCI_ELO calibration which are a little bit to high.

Dude has all the hallmarks of a scammer. Where's the proof these games are even played by the parties mentioned?

I mean, this guy couldn't even use his OWN name honestly on this site.

Mr. Norman you can believe what you want to believe, I really do NOT have anything to gain, but to satisfy my curiosity. Honestly I do not have to post any of those games here, it does NOT matter to me at all as long as I find out. As a matter of fact you can test UCI Level 2250 against Komodo Dragon at T/C 5 minutes Blitz, and you can post it on your famous youtube channel, Show us how you crush Komodo dragon 2.6 at Blitz UCI_ELO 2250

Note that the elo ratings in Dragon are intended to be about right for Rapid (15' + 10") chess, so any properly rated opponent (human or engine) should be a huge favorite against the same elo Dragon at classical (40/2 hours) chess; that's why the readme says to raise the setting by 200 for classical chess. Also note that the ratings are based on default setting (either with NNUE or Use Regular Eval), so if you select a personality it will likely play somewhat weaker than the stated elo. I'm running tests against various CCRL engines in Rapid, but the difficult question is how to convert a CCRL Rapid rating to a human Elo rating playing Rapid. There seems to be a wide range of opinions on this question.

I believe that you need to re test Komodo Dragon 2.6 vs Novag Diablo at T/C 15/10 or Rapid (15' + 10")

Yes, Thank you. I like what has been done here, the errors seem more natural and not outright dumb moves. Only the instant moves are a little bit of a put off, but these levels are great. :D
