What seems like a fairy tale today may be reality tomorrow.
Here we have a fairy tale of the day after tomorrow....

I would not be surprised to find the old disk tucked away in a box somewhere.

I also have these 2 DOS disks. At that time they cost 200 German marks (equivalent to 400 euros).
That was a lot of money back then! The creators were only interested in making money with computer chess. Or close the projects. And so it was with Mchess. Project closed. What should I celebrate?

Back then you earned a lot less money, at least I did. But no matter, it was always about money. For nothing but money. Computer chess was just a business. This is my memory.

M-Chess was a nice program. But in the last versions it benefited more from the Necchi library.

M-Chess was a classic. Several years ago I corresponded with Marty. At that time he said there was a possibility of a UCI version of M-Chess. That would be nice but sadly it hasn't materialized.

You...really are unbelievable sometimes. SO tempted to say more, but I will just leave it at that.
