Can Komodo Dragon or Stockfish give these 5 pawns to a 1800 player and win, or you recommend another set up position ?

Komodo Dragon 2.6.1 shows that this positions is better for Black to defend, I will test both to see how fast Black falls

I don't see any purpose or interest in this handicap. Handicaps in chess should minimize the distortion from normal chess as much as possible while equalizing the chances, which is why classically only one unit ("f" pawn, knight, or rook) was usually given as a handicap. We sometimes remove two units (rook for knight, knight for pawn, two pawns) to provide handicaps in between pawn and knight (although "f" pawn and two or three moves also works), but there is just no reason to remove more than two units normally, or at the very most three. A five pawn handicap has far less resemblance to a normal chess game than a rook handicap does, so why not just stick with rook handicap? Beyond that go to rook and pawn, and then two knights or queen for knight.
Komodo rules!
