Note: Hopefully before the release of Dragon 3.0 around the fist 2 weeks of May, I expect Komodo 14.1 to be either Free or Lowered down to only $19.99

At some point NNUE switched on their greedy side and even re-branding the engine to allow pretexts to not make engines free, huh? (Unless the release of Dragon 3 makes Dragon 1 free, then I apologize.)

I think it's wonderful that they are willing to give away ANY of their old versions for free. That's hardly an argument for them needing to sell their paid versions for less.
