Which is the Lowest rated program that would underpromote to Bishop?

Here on this game a GM Blunder terribly promoting to a Queen and stalemated himself, but even 1536 rated engine like Cicada would not make such Blunder to stalemate itself with seconds left on the clock. :roll: Now we all know that lower rated engines like Cicada rated 1536 take forever to find Mate with two Bishops, whereas top engines find mate in 11 within second on the clock :roll:
