My Tools were updated and are now 3x faster

D.Barnes made a new (slight bugfixed) version of pgn-extract (22-11, not yet on his website, but soon he promised). And Thomas Plaschke made an incredible fast compile of it, which makes all my tools 3x faster!!!
Additionally, I updated the endgame-material-filter and changed the EAS-Scoring system a little bit.
