new chess playing program: Dolly

Had an idea yesterday. Quickly implemented it. No alpha/beta, tt, iid, null move. Another Pos you say? No, not really. It is slightly less weak than pos but with plenty of opportunity for improvements and also totally different algorithm. It can do SMP (-c switch).
