From Vice. We don’t have the full text of the emails, just Vice’s paraphrasing. In one email, Dlugy says that in 2017, he was playing in a tournament on Chess.com in front of his students, and was crowdsourcing moves from them. (This is, itself, a violation of Chess.com's fair play rules.) "I am now positive, that one of the kids, was using an program on his cell while this was going on," Dlugy wrote. "As you can imagine, I liked many of his moves, though I had no idea that he was using assistance to generate them.” Dlugy admitted in a later email that it was not the only time he cheated.

Maybe things have changed since. The point was so that people would not post anonymously for obvious reasons. When people are anonymous they tend to be ruder and more trollish. I see you joined this forum this year so maybe the rules have changed? I have to admit it is hard to take someone seriously with a name like CornfedForever, especially when that person starts talking about clowns!CornfedForever wrote: ↑Sun Oct 09, 2022 10:36 pmI understand your need to escape from your own comments, but I'll answer your latest attempt anyway: No. And I don't know why you might have been told that.M ANSARI wrote: ↑Sun Oct 09, 2022 9:52 pmAnd so says the person with CornfedForever as his name. By the way, when I joined this forum, I was told I had to use my real name! When did this change? Of course if that is your real name then my apologies, just that it doesn't seem to be a name someone would be called.CornfedForever wrote: ↑Sun Oct 09, 2022 9:41 pmThere are clowns out there who will say such things...and clowns who will repeat the few who say them. It's best just to ignore the clowns who do not realize their circuses have left town.Uri Blass wrote: ↑Sun Oct 09, 2022 8:57 pmNobody claimed that Hans is the best chess player in the history of chess.M ANSARI wrote: ↑Sun Oct 09, 2022 7:16 pm So now Hans Nieman is not only the best chess player in the history of chess ... his games are also chess poetry. Funny ... really funny! Hans Nieman is a cheater and fraud and eventually this will be clear and everyone who got fooled will wonder how on earth they did not see the obvious signs. I am even more sure that Hans Nieman cheated over the board in some of his games than I was with Ivanov. It was obvious then, but people will always dissect the obvious and if you look hard enough at a circle ... maybe twist the paper a little ... squint one eye ... and twist your head a little ... it might just possibly start looking like a square.
I do not know if he is a cheater OTB and it is not a clear case like Ivanov.
I am speaking in general of course, not referring to anyone in particular...just seems like an appropriate opportunity to remind everyone.

Some people don't even put their full name there. Those are the ones breaking the rules.
Gotta love it when a significance monger is willing to comb thru tons of data and speculation in search of something which might confirm their suspicions….yet can’t see what has been staring him straight in the face.

More on Dlugy. Don't know what to think but hard to believe some of the stuff he says ... I mean you taking moves from someone who is supposedly 1000 ELO weaker than you and having no idea those moves were engine moves

What I am now also curious about is why the big secrecy around who is coaching Hans Nieman! Hikaru mentions it could be Kasparov or Kramnik ???? Really??? That sounds absurd!

Agadmator seems to be the only streamer/YouTuber who has kept a level head. He takes on the Maxim Dlugy statement, with emails. Dude...YOU are the one who started asking about names, saying I was hiding behind a user name...someone pointed out my name was there to be seen...then making fun of it. Yours...I just see M. I don't know what it stands for and asked.
Anyway, since you clearly can't converse as you continue to resort to 'BS' like this...just don't address me, okay (?) and I won't address you. This is...beyond ridiculous. Of course, half of what I see on this thread is. Too often things degenerate to some weird interpersonal squabble...well, anywhere on the internet really; so 'here' is no exception. Adieu.
