Nearly no changes since Halogen 10.23.11 (March, 14, Ipman-compile of dev-version). Only changes since then: Simplify the code for history tables (March, 16). Small clean-ups (May, 20)... Disappointing. But I will do a testrun, because this is a official release-version.

Yeah if you've already tested 10.23.11, then this won't be any different. I decided to make an official major release considering it had been 18 months since Halogen 10 and I've gained a considerable amount of elo, and most people only test major releases.

I got several feedbacks, which told me, that they like my testings of non-official development versions. And I find this interesting, too. So, I will continue to do so.
