I only asked what you thought of the performance rating at the US Championship...NEVER said it was 'proof' of anything and have NEVER pointed to anything as saying it was 'proof' Hans was not cheating OTB.
It's likely your habit to take things out of context.
The rest of what I said reads (in red): I only asked what you thought of the performance rating at the US Championship...NEVER said it was 'proof' of anything and have NEVER pointed to anything as saying it was 'proof' Hans was not cheating OTB. In a world where people are tying themselves in knots to produce 'meaningful' (or otherwise) statistics to implicate OTB cheating by Hans to inflate his rating, it does appear to be the best argument against it. Oh, and I NEVER said or suggested you might think Hans cheated at the US Championships...so I'm not sure why you even bring that up.
It's beginning to sound like you are trolling me, so please stop!

You should sue him for $100 million
I will fail to justify a damage of this amount, but maybe 100$ for my wasted time

I answer this question now the 3rd time time. I don't draw any conclusion out of 13 games, beside that Niemanns rating doesn't even matter much to me because it says nothing about the main question. I simply don't want to discuss this, it is completely useless. Oh wait, now you can accuse me once more of repeating a few words

So you call me a troll for not sufficiently answering your question?
I would rather claim, that asking the same question again and again is more of a trolling. Don't worry, I won't "troll" you as long as you don't ask me questions again and again, or take out of context what I said.

You are the king of blabla since ever you registered here, usually blocked like cheesequack, but I made an exception for once.

Meh, you have a tendency to confuse trolling with opinions with which you disagree. Your hateful, bullying troll spreadsheet is also not a good look.
Fat Titz by Stockfish, the engine with the bodaciously big net. Remember: size matters. If you want to learn more about this engine just google for "Fat Titz".

Thanks for this awesome script !!
Finally, a way to actually stop seeing his and his sidekick's bs
Clearly the best post in this thread by a long distance

No, I said it was beginning to sound like you were trolling me because of things like your habit of attributing thigs to me which I NEVER SAID NOR IMPLIED - like saying I was claiming something as "proof" of Hans not cheating. I DID say the US Championship performance was perhaps the best response to all those who dig thru statistics to 'prove' cheating. But that is a far cry from me saying it is 'proof' Hans never cheated OTB.
So, just stop with that stuff, and everything will be fine.

and even when playing under his account receiving help by one of the bystanding GMs for at least two moves with existing video proof that is not a big deal. Imagine the same would happen in OTB.
it blows my mind how people even compare that accident to niemann's cheating history.
on one side you have a drunk magnus playing for the lichess titled arena with his friends watching, including GM howell who in a critical position says "you can trap it".
he realized he fucked up (even though he didn't say the move or anything else that could help him find the move) and stays silent to magnus' "how" (which some people who suddenly become lawyers want to use as proof to incriminate him) but he finds the move anyway and proceeds to win the game.
on the other side you have hans who cheated in more than 100 games for money/elo.
it's even funnier when you see danya's reaction (magnus' opponent in that game).
That is exactly why I think many people supporting Nieman do so while knowing deep inside that he cheated OTB. If you look at every chat of every streamer, there is always someone on chat that is blurting out moves as they are watching the game. During a 1 0 game it would be ridiculous to plan a cheating session using someone 400 ELO weaker than you to cheat. But still some Nieman supporters use that silly episode as reason why Nieman should be let of the hook for cheating. Totally preposterous. Hans Nieman premeditated planning and continous attemps to circumvent cheating protocols by using a chess engine to smartly choose engine moves while trying to cover up his cheating is disgusting. That is like comparing someone who is a passenger in a parking ticket violation with a serial murderer and saying they are the same.
When we say that "cheating in chess" is an existensial threat ... we are talking about cheating while using a chess engine that is more than 1000 ELO points stronger than the strongest human. You could give a pawn odds to MC and he would still probably lose every single game against such an engine ... add to that the speed of play possible and the ability to stear the game into risky tactical lines with no fear ... and the gap probably 50% higher for the engine. While other forms of cheating are also bad, nothing compares to cheating with a chess engine and it can kill chess if it is not eliminated.

And even if you take this as a proof that he didn't cheat in the U.S.Championships, you can't proof that Niemann didn't cheat at the Sinquefield cup.
