Does anyone have source for a Stockfish NPS comparison?
3DVCache might come to Ryzen 7000 also - so if the performance uplift is non trivial it would be good to know.

The extra cache of the 5800X3D is offset by its lower clockspeed and less thermal headroom. The reason is thermal issues due to the additional layer of insulating silicon. It helps with latency in games, but not for applications. Whether that will be the same with Ryzen 7000 hence will depend on whether the clocks will be reduced there as well.
