Fix learning.
Now, the experience file has a .exp extension and not .bin as before.
So, simply, rename the file.

It's still a bit sad that the new ShashChess doesn't use the new NNUE Dimension 2048. The new tool does not work for me on Windows 10. After starting the EXE nothing happens.

The engine is always aligned with official Stockfish release.
From now on, I'll be always only aligned with Stockfish official release.

That is new.
