I want to point out that openings are chosen by a human, not by Stockfish. In the first video, if I remember correctly, Stockfish chose d4 in his debut in one of the moves and this is the advantage of Alpha Zero.

It's all fake - the games - the engine - whatever... and cheesequack was already informed about it long ago.
