Thanks for implementing Ponder!
I'll start a test for our 5'+3" Ponder-List asap

Now has an improved HCE, tuned with self-generated data, starting from material values and iterating datagen/tuning repeatedly.

Nalwald 18
Release of Nalwald 18
Removed many eval features, added piece-relative PSTs, more data, and some smaller tweaks. Also fixed some bugs (multithreading seems to be better now). Roughly 95 Elo improvement in selfplay to Nalwald 17.1.

Lynx 0.15.0
First cutechess-friendly release, which means it can be used with short time controls (10+0.1, 8+0.08, etc.), as opposed to the previous ones.
Estimated strength: 2000-2050 (+200/250 vs v0.14.x), according to this 120+1 small Gauntlet I just ran locally + ordo calculations.

Luca I have encountered a bug in Clover. If I try and change some parameters in Fritz GUI and than let it play on Chessbase server, the engine will get an error and say exception error and will resign the game after a couple of moves..lucametehau wrote: ↑Fri Aug 11, 2023 9:59 am Clover 6.0

I haven't used Fritz GUI sadly, so I can't be of help here. Did you try using Clover 6.0 without changing the params? These params are open because I am tuning search and I need them to be open to cutechess, but I wouldn't advise changing them.

Hi Guenther,
I can't find Blaze's binary on your website. Could you share it and Freda's windows binaries too?
Best,
Carlos

Guenther wrote: ↑Thu Aug 10, 2023 12:56 pm It seems I forgot to inform and upload about a new version of an engine in 02/2023.
Trappist (which was tested in CCRL) was renamed to Blaze later and had a source only release in 02/2023 for Blaze 0.1.
I added the information to the chronology. Engine compilation is available too now.

Edit: also compiled a bmi2+popcnt binary just today, but noticed it would run here too with the same speed
(which means it uses no advanced hardware instructions anyway)
