I do NOT know the percentage of games won with the Grob opening when 2 engines play each other, but if the rating difference is no more than 75 elo White has Zero percentage of winning against the lower rated engines. The success rate between 2 humans GM might be higher specially if the player playing White is higher rated than his opponent he could have a better chance to score a win against Black, but between engine vs engine it is extremely hard for white to get a win unless the engine is rated at least 150 elo more
