Hello dear Jim,
I used to run Doch 1.3.4 on my old Windows 7 64bits using Arena (file Doch 1.3.4 x64 Intel JA.exe) but since I changed to a more recent Windows 11 laptop (Intel Core i5) the old executable doesn't run anymore (even after trying any compatibility options).
I remember Don Dailey telling Doch was in need of a rewrite (resulting in Komodo), nevertheless Don's stuff deserves being kept alive...
If any possible to create a more recent/compatible compile, it would be really great. Feel free, though.
Warm regards,
Eric

Hi Eric,
When I was official compiler of Doch engine Don would send me the source code on the understanding
that I would delete all traces of my copy of the source code upon completion, so alas I am not able to re-compile it.
Are there not some recovery tools available that can recover deleted files from your computer ?
Deleted files are never really deleted, if you able to run a recovery program...
