Any idea as to how strong it is?
When I know nothing strengthwise, I play 20-game matches at 30s+0.2s against some engine and see how it fares then perhaps further opponents to have an idea.
Author claims are sometimes misleading because they may not be based onCCRL but e.g. on Lichess which is about 200 Elo points away from CCRL if memory serves me well.

No it's not. Sorry about that. Made a mistake with my testing. I've removed the downloads. I've kept the Android version on my repo site because an embedded net version is useful to some people.
