Favorite targets at discord are HGM, Chris and myself, nothing is moderated, can post dozen and dozen examples if needed, not by you BTW. Not that I care, I won't go there any longer, toxic place, too much testosteron. Pity.

Once again Shawn, you are here on Talkchess and since its foundation in 1997 we ask people to be polite and if in disagreement with a post to be constructive. This is not discord where you freely can cursing and insult people without moderation.

Yea sure
He got a warning and he apologized, I already said that on discord, you must have missed it.

After the two bans that had just occurred in this thread, don't you think a simple warning is extremely lenient for such an offense? Or are we just being treated as second-rate members?

Moderation: on Talkchess we are here to discuss Computer Chess, that's Computer Chess not moderation-of-computer-chess, in particular not repeated passive-aggressive type comments such as the above. No, there are NOT any second-rate members NOR any members with a free pass to be offensive, use bad language or deliberately try and stir discord/dissent. Accordingly, this thread is now locked.

It's quite simple, stay on topic and be nice.

In its historical context (humiliating the person, pushing all his red buttons until he exploded) that was a correct decision. He apologized, how about you?
