ScidVsPC filter question, loves zero matches

Post by tapio »

Hi,

ScidVsPC filtering is sometimes not understandable for me. I want to filter bullet events. And no matter if I use "bullet" or "*bullet*" there is zero results. If I delete the event and leave everything else, it matches most entries (min. 10 plies), as expected.

Who knows what's going on here?

I use Scid 5 and searching for a part of the events name works well, but only without "*".

Hmmmm... just entering "Bullet", not "*Bullet*" or "bullet" works for me. I guess it's case sensitve.

In the gamelist, there is a quick and dirty search field (the right bottom box, next to 'Filter' button) which you can select case sensitivity too.
Or use the Tournament finder.
