Unfortunately it won't be me, since I don't have a PC with Windows installed. Furthermore, I never tried to build this engine under Windows.

In the meantime, it has already progressed to version 0.9.6-pre, but the sources have not been updated for two weeks, so the two versions seem equivalent.
