Good morning, Mr. Larry Kaufman. Thank you very much for your teachings. This learning is very important to me, and I'm sure it is for many others as well. Odds robots have advanced and progressed greatly. The question and reflection now is, "What is the limit of robots?" "What is the limit of LeelaQueenOdds, given the immense imbalance in material and the different time controls?" I am aware that after the neutralization I usually apply to the LeelaQueenOdds robot, I could win a high percentage of games, but unfortunately, I don't have enough time. If I manage to do so, I could surely challenge for first place in the table... let's wait and see how everything develops... in the case of the LeelaKnightOdds robot, everything is at a different price... in this case, a draw is coherently desired...
If you can win many of these games with more time, why not play 1’2” or 3’0” to prove so?
Good evening, Mr. Larry Kaufman. The idea of playing at these time controls is good, although I believe it would still be too short for me. Reaching the 2700 rating threshold hasn't been easy for me, and I'm afraid of ruining my current rating. I'd prefer to have a second user on Lichess if possible, but I don't know if it's allowed. I would play at the time controls you suggest, using the black pieces, too. The thing is, Catecan already has its tricks and bad habits, and I'm already a mule of repetitive habits.
I believe you are allowed to use a second account in lichess for what yoy want to get.

Good afternoon, Mr. Uri Blass. Thank you very much for your message and teachings. I've been thinking that the best way to increase my overall performance in "man vs. machine" is to have a second account to face robots. Let's say, a new account where I can experiment with different time and color controls. This way, I could continue consistently and improve with my current "Catecan" account and not ruin my rating. Catecan has already surpassed 7,000 games, and I've understood a basic psychological and spiritual component to be able to advance toward the top of the leaderboard. Basically, and graphically, let's imagine a cart with obstacles on my horse. The correct attitude would be to "throw the heart of the rider forward" without concentrating on the obstacles, but rather to follow the heart in the race. Thinking too much about the obstacles in the race exposes us to more easily tripping over them and falling. I want to thank you, Mr. Uri Blass, and also Mr. Larry Kaufman and the other designers of these prodigious machines and systems for ranking the top 100 humans... by the way, 100% of the members of the table now have an elo rating above 2300!! Absolutely incredible, a great achievement by the creators of the robots and the lichess ecosystem.

Good morning, Mr. Uri Blass and Mr. Larry Kaufman. Good morning, gentlemen, creators of LeelaQueenOdds, chess computer programmers, and practitioners of Artificial Intelligence and cybernetic thought.

I hope everyone is well and continues to be well. May this week be a good week and may the good times of the week continue for many years to come.

Today I would like to share this strange and novel chess game against leelaqueenodds, which has parameters that I find very special and complex to understand. I would like you to observe the computer's behavior against my queen. The computer repeatedly refuses to take it, giving me enough time to maneuver with my bishop and block the game.

I would like you to explain to me the reasoning behind this "cybernetic decision" ... thank you again, and have a good day to each and every one of you.

It is rather amazing that Leela keeps refusing to take the queen with her knight, but it is somewhat understandable. Either way, with or without the capture, the game is hopelessly blocked and drawn. Leela judges that there is no longer any risk of losing, and apparently believes that the chance of winning is higher if the queen is not taken, since once it is taken the pawn recapture completes the blockade. Of course this is all silly, there is no chance of winning either way except on time, but I suppose Leela is technically "correct" in the sense that you might move your queen away and allow a properly timed g3 break if you were a really weak player. I believe we could teach Leela to avoid such total blockade draws if we wanted to do so, but it would probably lose a lot of games to strong players if we did, so there is no incentive to do so. I think you are the only player who considers getting a draw at queen odds to be the goal, and we aren't aiming for an "anti-father" bot! By the way, the bot was upgraded Sunday with a net properly trained to play Black at queen odds, but this hasn't stopped you from getting draws, rather it will make it much more difficult for humans to win by taking the White pieces. So probably it will boost your standing in the list, though most top players play Black already.

Thank you, Mr. Larry Kaufman, for your teachings. For me, all this interaction with the robot and the participation of humans in this forum has been another reason to live, to dream, to run. Until "The Great Programmer" gives me life and health, you'll have the opportunity to count on "Catecan" and his rider. I recently reached a little over 2760 Elo and managed to climb to ninth place in the standings. I've noticed that these days, every loss negatively impacts my Elo. For example, after two wins and one loss, my rating may go up by a point, but right now, every loss knocks me back to the bottom. But I don't consider that a problem. My imaginary Catecan and I are accustomed to riding along the "muleteers' paths." In my country, we call the founders and settlers of the mountains in the state where I live, "Antioquia," "arrieros." We refer to them as "Los Arrieros Nuestros Mayores." I would like to try out new time controls, but basically not with Catecan. I would need a new Iche account. Mr. Uri Blass told me that he believed it was possible to have another account. I would also like to continue playing a little against computers with all their pieces and functions in standard mode, as I used to do for so many years in the past. But for now, my good friend "Catecan" and I are very busy following the robot LeelaQueenOdds through valleys, mountain ranges, forests, and deserts. "God will provide" my parents used to say, I also used to hear them say "dress slowly, you're in a hurry." Again to everyone: Thank you.
